Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the terms

1.1. Using the site https://www.beetrail-group.com (“Site”), the user agrees to this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If the user does not agree, the use of the Site must be discontinued.

1.2. Links to third party resources are provided for convenience; liability for their content, policies and practices is excluded.

2. Scope of provision and acceptable use

2.1. The site is provided free of charge for informational purposes and for initial interaction (requests, briefs, offers).

2.2. The User undertakes to use the Site lawfully and only under the Agreement. Without written permission, the following are prohibited: copying/distributing materials; mass parsing/scraping/indexing; reverse development; interference with security/work; access by automated means (unless otherwise permitted by law).

2.3. A correct link to the public pages of the Site is allowed without distorting business reputation and information about sponsorship/approval.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The content of the Site (texts, graphics, logos, images, code, design) is owned by Beetrail International Limited or is used under licenses and is protected by law.

3.2. A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to access and view the Site’s content for personal and internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

4. Materials sent through forms

4.1. Information submitted through forms (e.g. project details) must be accurate and legitimate. The user guarantees the availability of rights to the posted materials.

4.2. The transfer of materials does not create obligations of confidentiality or cooperation, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement (for example, NDA, service agreement).

5. Forbidden conduct

5.1. It is forbidden to:

• posting illegal, defamatory, misleading, infringing, harmful or discriminatory content;
• impersonating others;
• unauthorized access attempts or vulnerability tests;
• bypassing security/access control measures;
• violation of IP rights and privacy or applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

6.1. The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. All warranties (express or implied), including accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, and availability, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.2. Details of deadlines, budgets and opportunities are indicative and do not constitute an offer or obligation. The mandatory conditions are established by a separate written agreement.

7. Third-party services

7.1. Links and integrations with third-party services do not mean approval. Responsibility for third-party materials, policies and practices is excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Beetrail International Limited and its directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data and goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site.

8.2. Nothing in the Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

9.1. User access to the Site may be suspended or terminated in whole or in part in case of violation of the Agreement or to protect the Site/Users.

10. Privacy

10.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The user should read it before using the Site.

11. Amendments to the Agreement

11.1. The Agreement may be updated by publishing a new version on the Site. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

12.1. The law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region applies. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

13. Miscellaneous provisions

13.1. The invalidity of a particular provision does not affect the validity of others.

13.2. The User may not assign rights under the Agreement without Beetrail’s consent; Beetrail may assign without notice.

13.3. The sections on IP, Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, and Applicable Law/Jurisdiction remain in effect after discontinuation of use.

13.4. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal or other professional advice.
