Dala Kyrandary
A mobile app for the Dala Kyrandary public movement, bringing members, events, raids, QR check-ins, rankings, and administration into one digital system.

History of the project
Dala Kyrandary is a public movement that needed a convenient digital platform to coordinate members across cities and regions of Kazakhstan. Before the app was launched, key processes were fragmented, so the team needed to bring registration, participation confirmation, activity tracking, and role management into a clear mobile format.

The problem
Without a unified digital system, it was difficult to coordinate members quickly, review applications, track attendance, and see real activity across cities and regions.
The solution
We developed a mobile app with a role-based system, user verification, an event feed, an interactive map, QR check-ins, raids, global events, rankings, and an admin panel.
Challenges we faced during the project
-
Roles and access
We had to separate flows for members, squad leaders, headquarters, moderators, and administrators while keeping the interface clear for everyone.
-
QR check-ins
It was important to make attendance confirmation fast and reliable using QR codes, timestamps, and geolocation.
-
Geolocation and map
The system had to display events correctly across cities and regions and help users find nearby activity.
-
Statuses and scenarios
We needed to connect verification, event sign-up, request review, points, and statistics within one clear logic.

Application functionality
The app helps members find events, sign up, confirm attendance, and track activity. Leaders and administrators get tools to manage events, requests, members, and statistics.

Points, ratings and statistics
Profile and activity
In his personal account, the participant sees his data, verification status, QR code, points and activity history. This helps to track personal contribution to the movement and all accruals within the system.

Administration
Managers and administrators manage participants, points, applications and statistics through a separate administrative part. This simplifies control and coordination of movement.

Event sign-up
The user can find events on the map, open detailed information and register for participation directly in the application. This makes it easier to find the nearest activity in your city or region.

How we worked
- 01
Business analysis
We studied the movement structure, user roles, and the main participation scenarios.
- 02
Design
We designed user flows for members, squad leaders, headquarters, and administrators.
- 03
Development
We implemented registration, verification, event sign-up, and QR-based check-in.
- 04
Testing
We tested events, raids, the map, rankings, notifications, and statistics.
- 05
Аpp launch in the stores
We prepared the app for release on the App Store and Google Play.
Result
The team received a ready-to-use mobile app for managing the movement and its members. Event registration, verification, attendance tracking, and statistics were brought into one digital format. Users can quickly find events, sign up, and confirm participation, while leaders can manage processes and monitor activity.
